1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of Halthia software by users and customers.

By registering or using the service, you accept these terms and the current privacy policy.

The service is intended for professionals and businesses (B2B). If you act as a consumer, contact support before contracting so we can review any specific mandatory consumer conditions that may apply.

2. Nature of the service

Halthia is a SaaS management platform for centers and service businesses.

Service governed by GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

Halthia is management software for professional use and does not provide professional advice.

You are responsible for delivering your services to end customers and for complying with regulations applicable to your activity.

The service is not intended for emergency handling or real-time critical communications.

3. Registration, accounts and security

Customers must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Access credentials are personal and must be protected with reasonable security measures.

You must promptly report any unauthorized access or relevant security incident.

4. Plans, pricing and billing

Current plans and pricing are shown on the pricing page or in the accepted commercial proposal.

Billing and charges are applied according to the contracted plan cycle.

Payments are processed by Stripe or an equivalent payment provider.

5. Free trial, cancellation and refunds

Halthia commercial demo sessions are free of charge.

Product free-trial conditions are governed by the published or accepted commercial offer. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the standard duration is 14 calendar days.

You may cancel before renewal from your account settings or by contacting support by email.

Refund conditions, where applicable, are governed by the accepted offer or contract and any mandatory law that applies.

6. Acceptable use and customer obligations

You must use the platform lawfully and avoid any activity that compromises security, availability or system integrity.

You are responsible for how your organization uses the service and for permissions granted to your internal users.

If you upload personal data about third parties (including client data), you confirm you have a valid legal basis.

7. Data protection and processing terms

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The public reference version is available at /en/dpa.

Where Halthia acts as processor, the customer remains the controller for its clients and staff data. The subprocessor list is available at /en/subprocessors.

8. Availability, support and service changes

We may release functional, technical or security improvements without altering the core purpose of the service.

While we use commercially reasonable efforts for continuity, downtime may occur due to maintenance, incidents or force majeure.

Public availability and support conditions are described at /en/sla and incident/breach management is described at /en/security-incidents.

9. Intellectual property

All rights in the software, documentation, trademarks and Halthia materials remain with the service owner.

Only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service is granted during the contract term.

10. Limitation of liability

Except where mandatory law states otherwise, liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages arising from use of the service.

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or losses caused by misuse, misconfiguration, or customer non-compliance.

11. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction

These terms may be updated for legal, technical or operational reasons. The current version is always published.

Spanish law applies. Disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.

12. Electronic contracting (LSSI context)

Before confirming subscription, you can review pricing conditions, billing cycle, applicable taxes and billing details.

The signup flow allows users to identify and correct input errors before finalizing contract acceptance.

The contract is formalized in Spanish (and, where applicable, in English) and kept in electronic form during the contractual relationship and applicable legal retention periods.
